Basic Resume Builder (No Account Required)

Our basic resume builder operates entirely in your browser using localStorage. No personal data is collected or transmitted to our servers when using this feature.

AI-Powered Optimization (Account Required)

Our AI optimization features require creating a free account and involve processing your resume content through third-party AI services to provide enhanced, ATS-optimized content.

AI Processing and Data Usage

By using our AI optimization features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Only your professional summary and job experience descriptions will be processed by Google's Gemini AI service to provide optimization suggestions - no personal contact information is shared
• We store your original and optimized resume content securely in our database for comparison and service improvement
• Your data may be used in aggregate (anonymized) form to improve our AI optimization algorithms
• You retain full ownership of your resume content and can request deletion at any time

Account Terms and Communications

When you create an account with us:

• You provide a valid email address for account verification and communication
• You consent to receive service-related emails, including security notifications and feature updates
• You may receive occasional promotional emails about resume tips and career advice (you can opt out anytime)
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

Usage Limitations and Fair Use

To ensure fair access to our AI optimization features:

• Free accounts are currently limited to one AI optimization per email address (POC phase)
• You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
• Commercial use or resale of our AI optimization services is prohibited without written permission
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI optimization algorithms

Termination and Account Deletion

• You can continue using the basic resume builder without an account
